TES Aviation Group was established in 1995 providing professional, independent aircraft engine maintenance management services, and delivering cost effective technical, commercial and logistic management for aircraft engine portfolios. TES quickly attracted a high profile client base that included UK start-up airlines such as easyJet, as well as more established international operators – TNT, Channel Express.
Rapid growth saw TES recruit a multi-skilled, multi-national team of professional engineers, and develop excellent relationships with major OEMs and maintenance organisations. This enabled TES to build the knowledge base critical to growing the business and delivering performance improvements to clients.
Today TES has grown to a staff in excess of 100 and is a subsidiary of DVB Bank SE, the leading specialist in international transport finance. The company sits as one of the constituent parts of DVB’s Aviation platform in providing residual risk and management solutions for aircraft assets typically aged 10 years or greater, whilst at the same time staying true to it’s roots in supporting it’s client base in the cost effective management of aircraft engine maintenance.
In April 2009 TES relocated to new corporate headquarters based in Bridgend, Wales. Located 30 minutes away from Cardiff, the 130,000 sq ft state of the art facility accommodates all engineering and material operations.
TES now manages a client aircraft engine portfolio valued in excess of $2.5Bn and offers an integrated management solution providing engineering services, aircraft engines for lease and quality overhauled condition engine parts in order to minimise engine maintenance costs.
