Repair Vendor Management
TES Parts can provide full Vendor Management to supplement our extensive inventory of core engine material, utilising our extensive network of approved suppliers to ensure maximum opportunity to provision serviceable used material. TES’ "simplified control" system of repairs gives customers the cost-saving advantages of having one vendor as a single point of contact and one consolidated shipment of components to be repaired. A proactive management of the repair cycle also dramatically improves turn time by initiating regular follow-up on the progress of repairs and advance notification of unforeseen issues. By working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and maintenance facilities all over the world, TES offers solutions to control costs without compromising on quality or reliability.
TES can offer this service to our customers to have unserviceable material repaired and returned to inventory, whilst controlled under TES Parts quality procedures, and provide a single point of contact and invoicing.
Consignment Program Management
Surplus inventory removed at an engine maintenance event may retain residual value.
A TES Parts consignment provides fully managed repair service, trace documentation compilation and sales remarketing to maximise the return on your otherwise redundant assets. In addition with TES Parts extensive reach into major MROs we can access these facilities to review held inventories and provide commercial recommendations to optimise returns.
